Park Meadows Real Estate

One of Park City’s oldest subdivisions, Park Meadows is defined by S.R. 224 (the extension of Park Avenue) to the west, Kearns Boulevard to the south, with Meadows Drive winding its way from the eastern border to the north of the community, eventually connecting to S.R. 224. The variety of homes and townhomes range from ’70s-era split levels, to luxury horse properties and properties along the Park Meadows Golf Course – a Jack Nicklaus-designed amenity for the use of members of Park Meadows Country Club. The majority of Park Meadows’ streets and cul-de-sacs are flat, making it a family-friendly option, with easy access by foot or bike to Park City High, Treasure Mountain Junior High and McPolin elementary schools, businesses in nearby Prospector Square and neighborhood churches, including The Branch (formerly Mountain Vineyard Christian Fellowship; also home to Park City Baptist Church) and the LDS Stake Center. Park Meadows is also home to the former Racquet Club, which was completely revamped in December 2011 to become the PC MARC (Park City Municipal Athletic & Recreation Center). Owned by Park City, the 85,000 square-foot facility offers special rates for those living within Park City’s boundaries, but its pools, tennis courts and fitness amenities can also be accessed (for slightly higher fees) by visitors and residents from throughout the county.
