Pinebrook is a commuter-friendly community located on the south side of I-80 just west of the Tanger Factory Outlet. This area offers one of the widest arrays of housing types and price ranges, from condominiums and townhomes, to workforce housing and multimillion-dollar homes. With Ecker Hill Middle School at its eastern edge, this area of Park City includes the multi-use commercial Quarry Village, which features a supermarket, restaurants, retail, and a karate school, plus the private Park City Day School, and the PEEK Program for early childhood enrichment and after-school programming.
Lower Pinebrook is comprised entirely of multi-family housing, such as twin homes, townhomes, and condos, including Brook Hollow Village, Cedar Ridge, Elk Run, Pine Creek, Pinebrook Cottages, Pinebrook Pointe, and the new Courtyards at Quarry Village. Pinebrook’s middle subdivisions feature more moderately priced homes in Eagle Ridge, Boothill, and Ecker Hill, while the upper Pinebrook areas of Pineridge and Sunridge offer luxury homes perched high above the community. Amenities include two parks, playgrounds, and soccer fields; access to prime hiking and mountain biking trails; and sledding on Ecker Hill. The latter was once one of a few world-class ski jumping sites in the United States, and is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
