The Sun Peak community is located across from Silver Springs, entered via Bear Hollow Drive by Park City Nursery on S.R. 224. Sun Peak spreads out behind and south of Park City Community Church, and stretches up the backside of the Utah Olympic Park. This entrance was once the only way in to the Olympic Park, before the long road up was constructed at Kimball Junction. Sun Peak’s streets are cleverly named after beloved winter sports champions, including Tommy Moe and the ubiquitous Picabo Street.
Home to the historic Snyderville Pioneer Cemetery, miles of trails, and a community recreation center with an exercise room, swimming pool, and tennis courts. Sun Peak’s subdivisions encompass a variety of homes types, sizes and prices, including Cedar Draw Estates (49 lots), The Cove (80 multi-family; 9 single family), Mahogany Hills (94 lots), and Willow Draw Cottages (94 lots).
