A Northern Utah resident for 14 of the last 16 years, Brendan has lived and worked in numerous communities in the area, giving him well-rounded, first-hand knowledge of a variety of neighborhoods. Originally from Rochester, New York, Brendan moved West to pursue a professional skiing career. After plenty of deep Utah powder days and traveling to compete and coach at ski competitions, Brendan moved away to Bend, Oregon for two years where his real estate career took hold. However, the draw of the Wasatch mountains proved too great to resist, and he returned to Utah to set down roots in Park City where he currently resides with his wife and daughter, and their adopted dog Oso.
In 2019 Brendan joined the top brokerage in the region, Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, and partnered with Christine Grenney, one of Summit Sotheby’s and Park City’s top agents. Using his previous career experience in customer service and professional ski coaching, Brendan has created a successful career in real estate, where he prides himself on an exceptionally strong work ethic that consistently results in exceeding client expectations. As a former competitive freeski athlete, Brendan is intimately aware of the subtle differences and unique personalities that each of Utah’s ski resorts offer.
