New YOTELPAD Condos Coming to Park City
YOTELPAD, European-living inspired condos, are coming to the Canyons Base Area of Park City Resort. Headquartered in London, YOTEL cut its teeth with airport hotels inspired by Japan’s famously compact accommodation options. It now operates similar space efficient hotels in cities across the world.
YOTEL’s newest project is YOTELPAD, condominiums inspired by space-efficient European living. The company is only debuting YOTELPAD in five cities around the world and Park City, Utah just happens to be one of them. Along with Dubai, Miami, and two Swiss cities, Park City will soon see construction begin on this exciting new real estate development.
These new condos will be perfect for locals seeking a small space. As residents struggle to break into the Park City real estate market, YOTELPAD offers a solution. A YOTELPAD condo would also be a great fit for part-time residents who come to ski or as an investment property for short-term/long-term rentals.
