New statistics for the 4th Quarter of 2013 which demonstrate year-over-year trends for the Greater Park City Area by property type and area or neighborhood. The report, generated by our Summit Sotheby’s Park City office, offers a five year comparison from 2009 to 2013. The data shows that most segments of the market thrived in 2013.
