The Timberline neighborhood is a Park City community of rustic homes located south of I-80 between Pinebrook and Summit Park. The neighborhood is near the newly constructed Weilenmann School of Discovery Charter School, and less than a 5 minute drive from Park City’s newest ski resort, Woodward Park City. Accessed by dirt roads, Timberline residents enjoy proximity to heavily wooded areas and privacy. The community is located conveniently for an easy commute down to Salt Lake City, or into Park City. Both the Salt Lake valley and Park City’s Main Street can be accessed in less than a 20 minute drive from Timberline.
The Timberline neighborhood is mostly single family, cabin-style homes. On average, lots are sized around half an acre. Wildlife is common, and larger lots with Aspen and Pine trees make the area feel like a mountain retreat. Timberline offers the mountain feel and lifestyle to its residents, while being close by to daily staples. Bars, restaurants, groceries, and shopping at Kimball Junction are less than 10 minute drive. Quarry Village is another outpost for shopping and restaurants that is only 5 minutes down the road. Trail access for hiking, mountain biking, and back country skiing can be had from the nearby Summit Park neighborhood. Further trail access can conveniently be found in the Glenwild trail system.
