I’d give you a raise. Seriously. I’ve worked with many Realtors over the last 10 years and most of them have a lot of room for improvement. Your experience, persistence and positive attitude are what got us through a miserable short sale. Despite constant obstacles, you kept going. I think you made the experience as good as it could be given the situation. You demonstrated a balance of being aggressive and persistent, while communicating well, being accessible and professional. Pretty rare, I’d say.
