Let’s start with this: Christine Grenney may well be the best real estate agent anywhere. Ever. That’s a pretty bold statement but let me explain. My wife and I have purchased and sold dozens of properties all over the US. We have had good experiences and bad. With the good agents we are still friends. The others, well, you know. So when associates in Park City and Salt Lake told us we should go with Christine at Sotheby’s, I was skeptical. We had just had a highly regarded Park City agent stand us up on a viewing so I was prepared for disappointment. We were preparing to sell and wanted to find something better in an overheated market. At our first meeting, Christine and Brendan walked into our house precisely on time (this would become a theme). Christine walked through our place and raised all the issues I expected as well as many insights I wish I had. Christine said she would preview our place to local realtors and come up with a recommendation for our asking price. When the price recommendation came, it was imminently reasonable. Many things happened in the following several weeks, resulting in the full price sale of our property and the purchase of another, much better. All of this occurred as if Christine and Brendan made it all happen like clockwork. I have never seen anyone as out in front of the process as these two. Obviously, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
