Relocating to Park City comes with more than its share of upsides. From the climate, to the people, to the endless opportunities to enjoy the outdoors, the list is endless. However, we were so incredibly fortunate to meet Christine, and unequivocally consider our time working with her to be high on the list of Park City pluses. From the moment we met Christine, she was nothing but the epitome of knowledgeable, thoughtful, and responsive. Her many years not only selling real estate but living in the community provided her with an uncanny ability to articulate the pros and cons of each neighborhood and individual home location in light of the elements of daily life that were most important to us. As out of town buyers, Christine did considerable legwork before each of our visits to maximize the time we had to view homes.
Despite our esteem for her from the outset of the process, when we found the home we wanted to purchase, Christine shined even more. She helped us craft an offer that was both fair and aggressive, and to advise us throughout the negotiations on various aspects of the market and seller that enabled us to get what we felt was a wonderful deal on our new home. Throughout the process she also provided numerous recommendations for inspections and helped coordinate many of these, as we were out of state.
On top of all this, Christine is incredibly enjoyable to be around and completely non-pushy. In fact, the only downside of successfully completing a purchase with her as our agent is that we no longer get to spend large amounts of time with her. However, she does continue to be extremely helpful with recommendations related to home renovations and other area questions. We couldn’t recommend anyone more highly, regardless of what you are looking to do with a home in Park City.
