We cannot recommend Christine highly enough. We moved to Park City from outside of Washington DC, had essentially no knowledge of the local market or neighborhoods, and were conducting our entire search online. Not only did she help us determine where we wanted to live, she helped us find a home that hit on all of the features we had asked for-even after she had warned us that we would have to compromise on something at the outset (she proved herself wrong on whether or not we could find a home on a not-steep-street with a flat lot and mountain/resort views in our budget). We ended up buying a spec home in Jeremy Ranch and she was our pillar, champion, and advocate while we stayed in Virginia during the construction process (you will not see us writing a glowing review of the builder). She went so far above and beyond the call of duty that it’s almost sad we aren’t peppering her with daily correspondence about the house anymore (and it’s not as if she’s quit helping us since closing, we just give her a day or two off every now and again). She has helped us to feel immediately at home in our new community, and we feel so lucky to have stumbled upon her website a year ago. I’m sure that there are a lot of great realtors in PC, but I don’t know why you would choose anyone over Christine.
